Hyatt Hotels is coming out with a new brand that promises to make your stay so comfortable, you might not want to leave… ever. On Tuesday, the company announced its new Hyatt Studios, catering to extended and short-term stays for leisure and business travelers.
Hyatt Studios marks the hotel company’s first venture into the upper-midscale segment of the American market. For those curious as to what “upper-midscale” is, the classification includes popular brands like Comfort Inn, Hampton, and Holiday Inn, according to hotel data company STR.
What features will the studios have?
Hyatt Studios will offer guest room options with kitchen amenities, perfect for travelers looking for extended stays. Guests can also enjoy complimentary grab-and-go breakfast at the properties and access a 24-hour market with plenty of healthy food options and ready-made meals.
Over 100 Hyatt Studios hotels are already in the works, with construction slated to begin this year. If all goes according to plan, the first Hyatt Studios property will be ready for check-in by 2024.
