The best Apple tech deals for those on the go.

Whether you’re a digital nomad in need of a new laptop or you want to track your steps on your next trip, Apple has you covered.

With their Black Friday deals, now is the perfect time to upgrade your Apple Watch or get AirTags for your luggage.

Here are the best Black Friday deals on Apple products.

AirPods and Beats by Dre Wireless Headphones

A good set of Bluetooth headphones is a travel essential. Luckily, Apple’s AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) are $50, bringing their price down from $250 to $200. Though this is a great deal and Amazon’s lowest prices on the headphones in 30 days, Apple’s direct offer might be better for those planning to buy more than one Apple product.

The best deal, however, is on the AirPods (2nd Gen). Though they don’t have the noise cancelling features of the AirPods Pro, they are still a great set of wireless headphones with a 5 hour battery life. If that doesn’t win you over, maybe the price tag will. They are 50% off on Amazon. Originally $160, they are now $80.

Another Apple-owned set of wireless headphones is on sale for $99. The Beats Studio Buds are $50 off and is similar to the 2nd Gen AirPods but includes the noice cancelling feature.

AirTag

In a year of travel chaos, Apple AirTags became the dark horse heroes. The tags helped travelers track and retrieve their lost luggage and now you can get them at 20% off. A four pack on Amazon is $80, down from the original $100 price tag.

Going for a single AirTag will cost you $25 (a $5 saving).

iPad

iPads are a convenient substitute or addition to traveling with a laptop. The 2021 Apple iPad‘s price dropped from $329 to $270 this Black Friday. Even though it’s not the latest model, it still has all the bells and whistles needed from tech on a trip.

For a more compact version, go for the 2021 iPad Mini. Original price $500, now $400.

Apple Watch

Get your steps in with the Apple Watch (Series 8). Originally $400, it’s now $350 on Amazon.

For a more budget-conscious pick, the Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen) has all the essential features for only $230.

If you’re willing to splurge, you can get the Apple Watch Ultra for $60 off. It’s still on the pricier end and comes to a total of $739, but it is the top of the line Apple Watch.

MacBook

To save a little on the latest MacBook, get the 2022 MacBook Air with the M2 chip. Save $150 and get the laptop for $1,050 for Black Friday.

For an older model with a little more oomph in its processor, we suggest the 16-inch 2021 Apple MacBook Pro, now 15% and totaling to $2,299 or the 14-inch 2021 Apple MacBook for $2,199.

Our top budget-friendly pick is the 2020 8GB Macbook Air which is $200 off, with a final price tag of $800.

iPhone

Apple’s Black Friday deals on iPhones pale in comparison to the rest of the items on this list, but there are still a few places to save.

If you buy directly from Apple, you can get a gift card of up to $50 in value when you buy an iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12, or iPhone SE. You can also trade in your iPhone to try to cash in some extra savings.

If you are planning to trade-in your iPhone, the best deal is at Verizon. The carrier is offering iPhone 14 Pro phones for free (a $1,000 value) on select trade-ins. If you’re not currently a Verizon customer, you can get an additional $200 back for switching carriers.

More tips: Buy direct

If you’re upgrading more than one Apple product, we recommend shopping directly from Apple

From Friday, November 25th to Monday, November 28th, when you shop their products, you can get a gift card of up to $250 dollars to shop other Apple products with.

For example, you can get up to $75 on a gift card when you buy AirPods or $250 back when you buy a Mac.
