The Victory Lap program seeks passionate individuals with a love for travel, social media, and storytelling. Applicants are asked to their hometown or college town through a 60-second TikTok or Instagram Reel, while showcasing their personality.
What the chosen graduates will receive
The chosen graduates will have the privilege of visiting 16 diverse Graduate Hotels properties across the US and the UK. From the lively streets of Nashville to the historical charm of Oxford, these destinations offer an immersive experience of the unique culture and traditions of each college town.
Responsibilities and perks of the job
As members of the Victory Lap team, graduates will collaborate with the hotel’s field marketing team to drive awareness of Graduate Hotels during campus events. They will network with local businesses, create original content, and engage with the community. Moreover, participants will have the chance to forge lifelong friendships and gain invaluable experience in the field of content creation.
Important dates and application details
Applications for the Victory Lap program will be accepted until July 7, with the winners announced by July 31. The program will commence in August and run for 10 weeks. It is a full-time paid position, allowing recent graduates to pursue their passion while earning a substantial income.
