Summertime and the living’s easy – and so are the flights, thanks to Ryanair and easyJet. Both airlines have revamped their affordable route options for flights for summer 2023. YAY!

A new range of destinations and increased options on existing routes will be added to the low-cost airlines’ routes throughout Europe in the coming summer. I, for one, know how important this is because on my month-long Euro trip last year, I begrudgingly spent a great deal on flights.

From the beautiful dotted islands in Greece to Italy’s lush countryside, Ryanair and easyJet’s options might not take much convincing to book. Check out all the new routes added to the budget carriers’ schedules this summer.

Ryanair

  • Brussels ➡️ Asturias, Spain for breathtaking views of its rugged mountainous coastline.

  • Madrid ➡️ Liverpool for an entertaining football match.

  • Porto, Portugal ➡️ Stockholm to explore its grand boulevards and parklands.

  • Rome Ciampino ➡️ Morocco for a camelback ride through the desert.

easyJet

  • Edinburgh ➡️ Santorini, Greece to explore the ruins of the ancient city of Akrotiri or take a dip in the Aegean Sea.

  • Glasglow ➡️ Lisbon, Portugal to ride the iconic Tram 28 through the city and have the best fish (IMO) at Ponto Final.

  • Manchester, UK ➡️ Paris Orly for a crepe under the Eiffel Towel picnic at Versailles.

  • Southend, UK ➡️ Amsterdam to bike through the cobblestone streets or sail the canal belt.
