If you’re one of those people who is a chronic procrastinator, always shows up late to the airport, and is still traveling without TSA PreCheck, there is somehow good news for you thanks to Reserve by CLEAR. It allows passengers who don’t have a Clear membership to schedule their spot in a designated security line ahead of time.
The biometrics identity verification service, CLEAR launched its Reserve lane in 2021, debuting at Orlando Airport, and now 19 airports around the world, including Denver International Airport, have just started testing the program for more travelers to take advantage of.
How does it work?
To utilize the Reserve lane, travelers can choose the desired day and time slot to reserve their spot for standard security and will simply need to present a QR code for appointment verification. The service also offers a 20-minute window, allowing flexibility if you happen to miss your designated appointment time.
