You know summer is around the corner when airlines start adding more routes to warmer destinations and your search history turns into “How many crunches do I have to do before abs start to show up?”
Get your gym, tan, and laundry on because JetBlue is celebrating its 21st anniversary of service in San Juan in style, unveiling two new routes to Puerto Rico this summer! As the largest airline in Puerto Rico, JetBlue already operates 35 departures each day from San Juan, along with Aguadilla and Ponce.
What new routes are being added?
To better connect Puerto Rico with the US, new year-round flights will link Luis Munoz Marín International Airport in San Juan to Raleigh-Durham International Airport in North Carolina and Rafael Hernandez International Airport in Aguadilla to Tampa International Airport in Florida. These new services are set to begin on July 5.
If you’re already planning your trip in your head and want to experience the best of Puerto Rico, you’re going to want to check out the best beaches and hotels on the island. And while you’re at it, maybe start practicing your salsa moves, because this island is hot in every sense of the word!
