It’s almost Super Bowl Time in Las Vegas, and whether you have a ticket or not, the city will be a hive of excitement for the entire weekend: hotels, bars, and entirely purpose-built venues running themed events and specials. Simply put, there’s nowhere better to be for a football fan.

While we don’t know which teams will be battling it out yet, there are a ton of brilliant hotels fighting for the 450,000 visitors’ descending on Sin City for Super Bowl time.

We’ll be honest: you’re cutting it a little close if you haven’t booked your hotel yet. In fact, a quick check at the time of writing says around 75% of the hotels are fully booked. But fear not; we’re here to help you find the best hotels for enjoying Super Bowl time in Las Vegas.

The best budget(ish) hotels for Super Bowl time in Las Vegas

The Strat

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Price: $240+
Vibe: Sky-high value
The rundown: Budget ain’t so budget for Super Bowl weekend, but The Strat Hotel is doing what it can. With rooms over Super Bowl weekend holding firm at around $240, it’s one of your best budget options for the big game.

While it might be an older hotel nowadays, no one can deny it’s dripping with Vegas character. The tower itself is an iconic piece of the city skyline, still hosting a ton of thrill rides, fine dining, and even a Chapel in the Clouds—note, don’t marry a stranger. It’s not flashy, but it’s one of the best hotels for the Super Bowl in Las Vegas.

Hyatt Place Silverton Village

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Price: $686 a night…or free
Vibe: World of Hyatt hail Mary
The rundown: Now, if we’re talking cash, the Hyatt Place Silverton Village isn’t your cheapest. Its nightly rate is running at around $686 per night over Super Bowl weekend. But if you have some World of Hyatt points and act fast, you could have a free stay. This hotel is a Category 2 property on Hyatt’s awards chart, one of the most valuable loyalty programs out there.

This classification means you can grab a room here for just 12,000 points a night. That’s an immense deal, effectively making each point worth 5.7 cents. We don’t know how many award rooms are left, and they might be gone by the time you read this. But if you act fast, you might be able to snag the bargain of the year. It might not be one of the best hotels for the Super Bowl in Las Vegas in terms of location, but it’s free.

This card’s bonus would cover the whole trip.

Mid-range hotels for Super Bowl time in Las Vegas

Circus Circus Hotel, Casino, and Theme Park

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Price: $341+
Vibe: Family-focused distraction
The rundown: If you’ve got the whole family in tow, Circus Circus is an excellent choice for the Super Bowl in Las Vegas. Another iconic Sin City spot, your downtime will be busier than the day of the game itself.

Don’t get us wrong, the hotel’s past its heyday and could do with a bit of a facelift. But you won’t even remember the color of your guestroom’s carpet when you’re strapped into the hotel’s rollercoaster or cashing out your winnings. There’s no denying it’s one of the most unique places to stay—and remember, you’ll barely be there.

Big budget hotels for Super Bowl time in Las Vegas

Vdara Hotel

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Price: $1,200
Vibe: The Vegas escape
The rundown: If we’re all being honest, Vegas isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. The casinos, the bars, the *ahem* exotic clubs, and the general revelry can be a bit much for some. Some of you are only there for the Super Bowl in Las Vegas.

That’s where Vdara comes in. From what we can find, it’s the only Vegas hotel that’s entirely smoke- and game-free. That’s a big deal for those hoping to find a little serenity after a long day on the strip. It’s home to one of the best spas in the area; its design amplifies the light (no dark and dingy Vegas rooms); and the general vibe is far more relaxed than many other Vegas go-tos.

The Venetian

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Price: $951+
Vibe: Vegas royalty
The rundown: Can any hotel embody Vegas better than The Venetian? The world-famous hotel is laughably over-the-top, yet amongst the gaudiness, you’ll find a sliver of self-awareness and suddenly be impressed by the spectacle. Embrace it. It’s Vegas. It’s not supposed to be serious.

There are still rooms available at The Venetian but expect to fork out upwards of $1,000 a night for the privilege. If you’ve got the cash, why wouldn’t you? A Super Bowl in Las Vegas screams, Goo big or go home.”

The Cosmopolitan

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Price: $1,200+
Vibe: Balling without a budget
The rundown: The Cosmopolitan has been pulling young, high-spenders through its doors for a few years now, offering an edgier (dare we say classier?) brand of Vegas fun. Its dizzying array of unique restaurants and experiences has made it a hit on the strip, and there are few comparable hotels in the area.

For the Super Bowl in Las Vegas, prices are soaring. The average room is well over $1,000, with some of its higher-end suites with open-air terraces racking up eye-watering sums. If you’ve got the funds to fuel a weekend here, it could be one to remember.
