The more the merrier, especially when it comes to new airline routes and Breeze Airways is the gift that keeps on giving with 22 new routes in the US, and a $39 flight sale all happening this month. I just love another excuse to abandon my adult responsibilities here in LA and indulge in irresponsibilities elsewhere.
Having unveiled nearly two dozen new routes only a little over two months ago, Breeze Airways has followed up with 22 new nonstop routes to 20 cities in the US, the majority of which are for seasonal summer service. These new routes bring the airline’s total network to 143 nonstop flights between 35 cities in 21 states.
In celebration of these routes, Breeze Airways is offering introductory fares starting at just $39 one-way. Travelers can take advantage of the promotion by booking flights before 11:59 m ET on February 20, and traveling by September 5. This sale closely follows the airline’s most recent “Get off the couch” promotion that ended on February 13.
What new routes can we expect?
Hartford, Connecticut – Fort Myers, Florida (starting May 17)
Jacksonville, Florida – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (seasonal service from May 25 – September 5)
Long Island, New York – Pittsburgh (seasonal service, May 25 – September 5)
Los Angeles – Jacksonville, Florida (starting May 18)
Los Angeles – New Orleans (seasonal service starting May 19)
Portland, Maine – Tampa, Florida (starting May 17)
More new routes can be found on Breeze Airway’s website.
Breeze is also adding five new “BreezeThru” routes. These flight routes have one stop but don’t require you to change planes.
Cincinnati – Jacksonville, Florida (starting May 19)
Hartford – Los Angeles (starting May 17)
Jacksonville – Louisville, Kentucky (starting May 19)
Jacksonville – Cincinnati (starting May 19)
Raleigh-Durham – Norfolk (starting May 18)
My favorite perk of flying with the airline? Breeze does not charge for change or cancellation fees up to 15 minutes before flight departure, giving us procrastinators and spontaneous travelers plenty of time to change plans if needed.
